How To Use LB17 Live Probiotic It is always best to take LB17 on an empty stomach, at least 3 hours after eating a meal and/or 30 minutes before eating. It is suggested the capsules are consumed first thing in the morning and/or in the evening before going to sleep. Take capsules with a full glass of water to dilute stomach acids. Suggested Dosage: For general health benefits, take 4 to 6 capsules per day for 14 days, then reduce to 2 capsules per day. For health issues, take up to 10 capsules per day for up to 30 days.
